Grilled Chicken

4-5 Chicken breasts or chicken thighs cut up in smaller pieces. Marinade in one tablespoon of cooking wine, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of red chili paste, half teaspoon of ginger powder, one teaspoon of sugar, and a dash of sesame oil. Let it set for at least 15 minutes, and then go ahead and grill until the meat is tender and golden brown. Plate them on top of few pieces of lettuce leaves. Best to eat it with a bowl of steaming white rice. Um~!
