New From My Kitchen

I tried do use Belgian endive as the lettuce for the lettuce wrap dish, it turns out quite successful. Not only does it eliminate mess with eating with lettuce leaves since they usually crack and leak, endive leaves are crunchy, and can hold up the food well and will not crack or break apart!
Oh yah, and I've created a new logo for my food pictures hehe ^0^.

This is oatmeal raisin cookies. Tim's favorite. I put 1 1/2 cups of sugar instead of 2 cups liked the recipe directed. It turns out tasting even better. I guess we both don't like things that are too sweet, except for humans. ^_^
